Systematic Book                                                     

Systematic Book displays the systematic orders placed for the investor along with the relevant status.

Systematic Book

  1. Click MF à Systematic Book. The Systematic Book page is displayed with details.

  • Status

  • AMC

  • Scheme Name

  • Installation Amount

  • Transaction Request Date

  • Next Installment  Date

  • Transaction Type

  • Folio No./Beneficiary Id

  • Option

  • Channel

 

  1. Click Advance Search hyperlink, to view more search details.

  2. Select Stage.

  3. Select Order Status.

  4. Select Transaction Type.

  5. Select From and To Date.

  6. Select Request Date or Next Installment Date.

  7. Enter Scheme Name.

  8. Select AMC Name.

  9. Click Submit. The Mutual Fund - Systematic Book page is displayed with following details.

  • Status

  • AMC

  • Scheme Name

  • Installment Amount

  • Transaction Request Date

  • Next Installment Date

  • Transaction Type

  • Folio  No./Beneficiary Id

  • Option

  • Channel

 
  1. Select Scheme Name hyperllink to view scheme name details. The View Scheme Details page is displayed.

  • Transaction Date

  • Installment No

  • Units

  • Price

  • Amount

  • Remark

 

  1. Select the check box against the required scheme name in Action column.

  2. Click Modify hyperlink.

  3. Modify the changes as required.

  4. Click Modify.

  5. Select Terms and Conditions check box.

  6. Click Submit. The message is displayed. Click Ok.

  7. Click Confirm. The Transaction updated successfully message is displayed.

  8. Click OK, to close the message.
