• Can the system time sync with the server time if the time zone is different?

  The application clock will synchronize with the web server's clock and the application would display the server time in IST.

• Can I access Net.Net™ from GPRS enabled mobile?

  Yes, it is accessible from a mobile browser.

• Can I login through Refresh if I was given a Streaming mode account?

  Yes, however you need to manually refresh the Market Watch using the Refresh button to receive the latest quotes. 

• Why do I get a message "Your clock has been synchronised with the server?

  The application clock gets synchronized with the web server's clock so as to display the correct time stamp of the orders sent to the Exchange and the messages received from the Exchange.

• What will happen if my internet connection goes down while I am logged in?

  The application will be available till session has expired. You will still be able to continue with your work till certain amount of time after which the system will log out.

• How do I refresh my Market Watch when in Refresh mode?

  You need to manually refresh the Market Watch using the Refresh button provided on the main Market Watch page.

• Can I sort or rearrange the Market Watch list?

  Yes, by double-clicking the column name of the market watch.

• Why does my console gets locked after some time?

  To prevent unauthorized access to your workstation. If you are away from your trading terminal for some time, the console gets locked due to inactivity. You can activate the same using your password.

• Can I use F5 option to refresh the application?

  Refresh link has been provided in required pages for refreshing the contents, hence F5 option is not functional at present.

• How can I minimize all open windows in Market Watch?

  To minimize all open windows, click on the title bar of the window. Press Escape key.

The application is best viewed in 1024*768 resolution, please change your screen resolution to 1024*768 by right clicking the properties option on the desktop.
